House Rules – **Please Read Before Booking-By submitting a reservation request, you confirm that you’ve read and agree to all House Rules listed below.** We welcome you to enjoy our home as a relaxing, comfortable space, and kindly ask that you follow these house rules so you and future guests can have a positive experience. 1. Caring for the Space Please treat the space and everything in it with care, as you would your own. --No smoking of any kind, incense, heavy fragrances, or open flames (including candles) are permitted inside the home. A violation will result in an additional cleaning fee. --We ask that guests remove their shoes indoors—rubber mats are provided for your convenience at the door. 2. Cleanliness & Trash --Please dispose of all garbage properly before checkout. --Kindly do not leave trash or food behind, including in the fridge. 3. Kitchen & Plumbing Use --The garbage disposal is for light, soft food scraps only. Please do not place the following in the disposal: ▪️ Fibrous items (celery, corn husks, onion skins) ▪️ Starchy foods (pasta, rice, potato peels) ▪️ grease, bones, fruit pits If you're unsure, please throw it in the trash to avoid clogs or damage. Always run cold water before, during, and after using the disposal (at least 10 seconds). --Toilets: Only toilet paper may be flushed. Please dispose of wipes, paper towels, and hygiene products in the trash. 4. Electrical Safety --To avoid tripping circuits, please do not run the microwave and stove at the same time. --Unapproved high-powered appliances are not allowed, as they may pose a fire or electrical hazard. —- Mysa Thermostat is for the baseboard heating only. It is controlled remotely. Please do not adjust or turn it off. **Please notify us right away if any appliance or fixture is not functioning properly. ____________ Failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning or repair fees, cancellation of future stays, or charges for damages. 🔹 You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay, whether accidental or intentional. 🔹 The host is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings that occur on the property. __________Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, safe, and respectful space for all guests!

Guests will have full private access to the studio condo for the duration of their stay. Feel free to use the condo common areas. There is an app operated laundry with washer and dryer available on the 2nd floor, and ice machine on the 1st floor and a fireplace with sofas and a TV to relax on the 1st floor.
